My place, adjoining the owners' house, located in a large wooded garden is 10 minutes from the great lake of Maubuisson, 15 minutes from the Ocean and close to the Medoc vineyards. For the months of July and August a minimum of 2 nights is required . It includes an equipped kitchen living room, a bedroom with 140 bed one bedroom with 2 beds of 90, a closet in each. Outdoor terrace of 8 m2 with garden furniture sheltered from a blind. Washing machine room, outdoor games for young and old.

HOURTIN, lovely independent and quiet cottage

Lovely cottage close to the lake beach and the island for children, 10 km from the ocean by road or by bike via the bike path. Located in the cul-de-sac of a very quiet small residence. The chalet is enclosed on 600 m2. In the front a sunny wooden terrace and in the back a shaded garden with a table and benches as well as a shelter for beach toys and bikes. It is ideal for relaxing and sporting holidays, with friends or family, in an exceptional natural setting, just 300 m from the lake and 9 km from the ocean. Two swimming pools, one 30 meters and one heated 300 meters on foot, tennis courts, beach volleyball, and free city stadium. Sheets provided, no towels. Cleaning to be done at the end of the stay.

Charming wooden chalet of 70 m2 for 5 to 7 people (ideal for couples with children), on the ground floor with adjoining terrace, on fully fenced and shaded grounds of 3000 m2. 1 km from the center of Vendays-Montalivet (shops, restaurants...) and 7 km from the ocean beach (10 minutes drive ; also accessible by bike via bike path). Lake or ocean swimming, forest hiking or biking, sightseeing and tasting in the Chateaux du Médoc… and many other activities.

The swimming pool of the owners is in free access as well as a petanque field, an outside table-tennis table, a gantry and a barbecue.

200 m from the Lake in a preserved place, close to the village of Hourtin (1.4 km), the same as the port and 14 km from the ocean, you can choose to take a bike to travel safely on the bike paths to, go to the beach, by the lake or go around the lake to discover the fauna and flora of the lake and marsh, not to mention the forest landscapes of the Medoc, the large beaches and the estuary to discover !

Located in the heart of Hourtin, our wooden house offers you a pleasant and peaceful stay. This is our main house that we built with our own hands. We put our heart and our savings in it. Today, its construction is completed and offers a good setting where it's good to live. So we want to share with you this little corner of paradise and allow us to go on vacation in our turn.
