This is a ranch that has two separate units. One unit in the front, one in the back of the house. You can rent one unit or both. Each has two bedrooms and 1 Full Bathroom. The private beach is located just across the street. At the end of the street are restaurants with nightly entertainment, fun for all ages. If you are looking for other things to do, Venice Beach, Sarasota and Punta Gorda are only a 25 min drive. Ft. Myers is a 1 hour drive. Public pool minutes away.

Located within a 10 minute drive to historic downtown Venice main street or a 30 minute bike ride on the bike trail along the intercoastal waterway. Centrally located, 30 min drive to Sarasota Or Drive south 15 min to Manasota key. Shamrock Nature preserve is 1 mile down the street , walk on the trails in the park and bring the bikes this town is biker friendly.

Spacious home in South Venice. Two areas inside the house to hang out, screened in patio with tables and chairs. All bedrooms have TV and internet access within the house. Manasota Beach is 3.4 miles away with free parking. Also close by is Blind Pass beach - 7 miles; Venice Pier - 6 miles; Venice Beach - 6.4 miles. All these beaches have free parking. Entertainment, restaurants, grocery and general shopping within 2 miles.
