We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

The property is located in Brentonico surrounded by the green of the Baldo mountains, in 15 minutes you can reach Lake Garda and in 10 minutes you can reach the mountains of the Plateau. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business trips, families (with kids) and pets.
