Between land and ocean Alégria is ideally located 2 km from Vendays-Montalivet you will find all shops and you will be close to the beautiful beaches of the surrounding area. Alégria is fully furnished with all the comforts available, linens are provided. There are three beds, a 120x190 bed upstairs at the top of the staircase. 2 air-conditioned 140x190 bedrooms. The apartment is part of our house build in 1887. Grayan-et-l’Hôpital is a little village only 3,5 km from the Atlantic Sea with its stunning beaches. Guests are completely independent with their own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchenette is fully equipped. The apartment is equipped with one large double bed (200x200 cm) and a 140x190 convertible coach. Besides floor heating the apartment is also equipped with wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.

Welcome to our 57 m2 family home. Located 70 meters from the ocean and in the heart of Montalivet-les-Bains. You will have a great vacation Please note, we do not provide linens. No pets allowed. The sofa bed is not usable. We have chosen to reduce the cost of renting and to trust our guests to make the house as clean as they found it on arrival. Otherwise, €200 will be deducted from the security deposit.
