-Winter break from December 22, 25-April 5, 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage and thereby preserving it. The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small harbor town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters to the water on foot. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and sauna. In the upper part is the living room-bedroom with a wooden beam ceiling, a double bed and a sofa bed (about 80 x 190 cm).

It is possible to store bicycles brought with you.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
