On the 2nd floor there is the open living/dining/cooking area as well as an outdoor balcony with south orientation and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are under the roof. Two other sleeping places possible on the sofa bed. The apartment is very centrally located about 300m from the city park and 400m from the city center. Within a radius of 50 m there is a bakery with a café, a supermarket and a snack bar.

Two bakeries with breakfast offerings and an organic shop are a three-minute walk away. You can safely park and recharge your e-bikes in our garage. Two restaurants are also within walking distance.
