The cozy annex is located a few minutes walk from Lake Faaker. Via the nearby highway you can reach the parking lot of the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn and also the Ossiacher See in about 15 minutes. Villach city center is also about 15 minutes away. Right next to the property is a bus stop. And both a Billa and an Adeg are very close.
