There are 2 bedrooms, a dining-/living-room (TV, WiFi) a small Kitchen, bathroom and hall are available. You are traveling alone or as a couple, friends or family - you will certainly feel good! Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

Our cozy house, built in 1894, is conveniently located in the center of the beautiful, green town of Witten in the heart of the Ruhr area. The main train station, the city center and nature are a few minutes' walk away. The lovingly furnished apartment on the first floor is bright and friendly. Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

The apartment in our single-family house you rent for yourself. Here we have connected a new router. Now there is the latest WiFi technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40 x2m) and walk-in closet. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Lovingly furnished attic apartment with Mediterranean flair in a quiet location in the south of Essen, only about 1.5 km from Lake Baldeney. Amenities include Smart TV, WiFi, kitchenette with hot plate, three coffee makers, kettle, toaster and fan. In the upper garden area, the lounge, barbecue and garden shed with an additional coffee machine invite you to relax. A washer and dryer are available upon request. Parking is right in front of the house.

It is a renovated, newly furnished apartment that, with a size of about 150 square meters, offers enough space and places to retreat for both families and couples of friends who want to explore our Ruhr area. Quiet and well-behaved pets are also welcome. Please inquire anyway when booking. Smoking and partying are not allowed, including vapes or shishas. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds. We do not accommodate more than 6 guests.

The property is located in a particularly beautiful green and quiet location, yet with direct access to the highway. The surrounding major cities such as Cologne, Düsseldorf and Essen can thus be reached in no time. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2021. The furnishings are therefore new and up to date. The front door can be opened via a video intercom at the push of a button.
