Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Stay in the quiet area of the North of Växjö. Private entrance to the apartment in the basement with its own shower, wc and well equipped kitchen with tableware and cutlery . Good bus connections to the Center and University. Approximately 20 meters to bus stop. 2 rooms of which 1 large living room with fireplace and a master bedroom. About 50 square meters in total. Newly renovated areas with toilet, laundry room, shower, kitchenette with sink, stove, fan and fridge. Bedlinen and towels are available. We have mini bar with food, snacks and drinks

Beautiful Swedish wilderness in the middle of the forest close to the lake

Kojtet is a Swedish desert farm located in southern Småland. The house is located in the middle of the forest overlooking a large meadow. It is less than 900 meters to the lake Möckeln. The house is a beautiful old house that with a gentle hand is restored to suit a modern family. Here can stay up to 10 people in the house on the two floors - ideal for two families with children. Sutterängvilla in quiet area. 400m to swimming lake with docks and exercise tracks. Walking distance to large shopping center "Grand Samarkand", grocery stores like Willys and Maxi and sports stadiums Vida and Myresjö Arena. The villa has two bedrooms with double beds (continental) + one bedroom with single bed. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub and one toilet. Large modern kitchen with kitchen island and dining table direct exit to large secluded deck. Lovely garden with several patios and space for play/games. Parking is available.

Charming house in wonderful nature.

Enjoy nature close to cultural Råshult with its beautiful hiking trails as well as proximity to Älmhult and IKEA. Newly renovated house with modern standard. Lake view and walking distance to Såganäs Friluftsbas with swimming jetty and canoe rental. 5 km to Diö where the nearest pizzeria and train station are located. Add 2 km and you will find Bykrogen in Liatorp. 7 km south there is Älmhult with shops and restaurants and of course IKEA and IKEA Museum. Fishing is available both in Såganäs lake as well as Möckeln and Virestadsjön.

Stora sällskapsytor och trädgård med syrenberså och barbecue. Skogen ligger på promenadavstånd. Närmsta badplats är Välje vid Virestad sjön. 15km till Älmhult och IKEA museum. 50 km till Växjö och 60 km till Glasriket.

Hot tub on the terrace, sauna and a lovely outdoor grill and pizzaowen for a cozy hangout. The rent includes 1 canoe for 3 per person, and bicycles to borrow.
