At the entrance, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, minibar, and a part set up only for breakfast with a capsule coffee machine, a juicer and a kettle for tea. A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
