A little on the side but close to a lot! The apartment is in a quiet residential area on Lundvallen in Sörberge. Private parking at the property. Very close to Timrå ice rink, floorball and football hall, electric light tracks, and Timrå's new swimming pool The accommodation is located right next to the beautiful Indalsälven river. The apartment is part of our garage , but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on bv and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. Car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

Stay comfortably and make day trips along the high coast trail or take a break from the tent with a night indoors. 2 km to Hålviken parking where the trail towards Balesudden continues on foot. 9 km to the entrance north. 700 meters to the merchant's sea bath. 7 km to Bjästabacken, 4 km to cross-country skiing tracks. Possibility to rent snowshoes with nice terrain right from the property border. The apartment is connected to our house with common hall.

Newly renovated, spacious accommodation next to the river. In an apartment next to our house but with its own entrance. Perfect for businesses as it has 4 bedrooms with its own TV. As well as fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and living room areas. Within 5 minutes by car you reach shops, restaurants and pharmacies. On Sandslån there are beaches, nature trails, café, boat harbor and Industrial Museum. 20 minutes to Kramfors Centrum. We will be happy to advise you about our many gems in the High Coast! Welcome! Welcome to our home! We offer a bright and airy apartment in the center of Härnösand in the picturesque district of Östanbäcken. The apartment has two rooms, one bedroom and one living room (total 59 sqm) and it is located on the second floor of our courtyard house. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and in the living room there is a daybed that can be transformed into a double bed. Unfortunately there is not a door to the living room but we have set up a curtain that can be drawn. Parking is just outside.
