There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is available all year round. This is included in the rent so there is no extra cost for it. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. Small, newly built and cozy farmhouse on my property. Here you live in a rural and natural setting, only 1 km from the E4 and 2 km to the small ICA store. The house is a stone's throw from the marina and very close to cozy hiking trails in the forest and countryside. 4 km away is one of Nora's nice swimming areas, Sjöviken. 10 km away is Hörsångs sea swimming area. Norabygden also offers strawberry picking spots such as Rödhällorna, Valkallen, Lövvik, Fjärdbotten's fäbovall and the magical fishing village in Berghamn. Here in Nora, you can also walk the High Coastal Trail.

These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. This unique home lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 meters up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the fall. Toaster, stovetop and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and towel

Something happens to us when we take the time to just be. Living a somewhat simple life for a while without having to give up all the comforts, for that matter. Letting go of everyday worries, putting your phone away, and allowing yourself to be enchanted by your surroundings. Lighting a fire, canoeing, looking out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed as even the beaver can swim by sometimes, boil coffee and cook over an open fire. Beautifully located detached cottage with unobstructed views over the lake and on the edge of the forest. The ideal place to relax and unwind in the Höga Kusten. Both summer and winter excursions, husky or snowmobile rides in the area to book or snowshoeing, skiing or cross-country skiing. Price includes 15 kWh and 20 liters of wood per day.
