Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state park (3 miles) and Lost Maples State Park, Leakey, Kerrville, Utopia, Uvalde, and many Frio River crossings of course. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. We will have to bill after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb.
