Pretty stone house of 2 levels on vaulted cellars on the edge of the medieval village of Joannas in the protected perimeter of the castle. Exceptional location between Joannas Castle and Logères Castle in the Ardèche Mountains National Park. The house is located at the top of its private 1000m2 lot which gives it a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside and the Joannas pond where ducks lead a quiet life. Located in the heart of the historic district, this comfortable and elegant 38m2 studio enjoys a shared garden within the gated property. A kitchen/dining area, a living room with sofa, a sleeping area (140 bed). The thermal baths are a 15-minute walk away. Free parking is available a few meters away to unload your luggage and free parking is available on the banks of the Volane (very short with stairs but possibility to pass through the street).
