Located in Southern Ardèche, in a natural and quiet environment, this ecologically designed cottage can accommodate 4 people. Cozy and carefully decorated, it includes 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. Its kitchen is equipped (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, MALONGO espresso coffee maker). The large pool is shared with the 3 other cottages in this small vacation estate. A crib and high chair on request.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. 30 M2 apartment on the ground floor. It consists of a living room/kitchen , bedroom , shower room, separate toilet, sofa bed .bel outdoor area 3000 M2 of fenced land, boule court, swimming pool , barbecue . 20 min from Aubenas , 3 km from Largentière with shops and health facilities. Visits to different museums (chestnut, Alphonse Daudet, Chauvet cave, Aven d 'Orgnac...) swimming pool closed mid-September .

Beautiful Studio in the heart of Old Vals

Located in the heart of the historic district, this comfortable and elegant 38m2 studio enjoys a shared garden within the gated property. A kitchen/dining area, a living room with sofa, a sleeping area (140 bed). The thermal baths are a 15-minute walk away. Free parking is available a few meters away to unload your luggage and free parking is available on the banks of the Volane (very short with stairs but possibility to pass through the street). Shops nearby.

Our Rose Douce cottage is located in the heart of nature, in the small hamlet of Arlix, in the municipality of Chirols. Staying there is the assurance of enjoying a peaceful holiday in a semi-detached, stone, warm and renovated house, well exposed, in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park. It is an ideal place to rest, with family or friends, go for a walk to discover the natural environment, heritage or practice outdoor sports activities.

Quiet house with pool

You'll love my place because of the brightness and the comfort. My place is good for families, groups of friends. Bed linen is provided (except shower and pool towels). THE POOL (8 x 4 m) is secure. Free tennis 400 m from the house. WiFi in the house. (July August minimum week). ATTENTION (no parties or noisy evenings after 10:30pm to respect the neighborhood). For checkout times (for weeks departing on Saturday at 9 a.m., weekends on Sunday at 5 p.m.)
