Beautiful apartment close to the terms

I offer a 2-room apartment in a quiet and very well located residence in Vals-les-Bains, a 2-minute walk to the thermal baths with an unobstructed view and a southwest exposure, rated 3 stars. Renovated accommodation (2021) – on the first floor with elevator – fully equipped and functional – 4 people – 52 m² – You will have a large bright living room. A bright bedroom with 160 x 200 queen size bed + dressing room. The living room, kitchen and bedroom have direct access to the terrace.

Comfortable sleeping area, equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower. Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, market, summer entertainment. Close to the Ardèche Gorges, villages with character and nature activities. A perfect pied-à-terre to relax and explore the local area.

Quiet apartment of 100 m2 with a terrace of 35 m2 facing south. Air conditioning. 2 bedrooms with storage, mosquito nets... A fully-equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Residence of 6 apartments, free parking. Between field and vineyard, a 10-minute walk to the city center, 15 minutes by car from the Chauvet Cave 2 and near the rivers. I have an independent cat (electronic cat flap and food dispenser), very nice, it does not enter the bedrooms.
