Very nice apartment at the foot of the Vals thermal baths.

Enjoy a home completely redone in July 2022. Located 30 meters from the Vals-les-Bains thermal baths, the accommodation gives direct access to the park and its intermittent spring, the municipal swimming pool, the casino, its restaurants and shops. This spacious and bright 65 m2 apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen, open to living room and dining area, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. 3 closets. 3-star accommodation.

38 m² duplex in medieval village, Gorges Ardèche

Apartment with terrace, in the heart of the medieval village of Balazuc, label "the most beautiful villages of France". Great for 2 people. In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. The rental allows me to finance the rest of my amenities. My property is close to the Ardèche river. You'll love it for the views, the decor, and the pebble alleys. In summer, I prefer one week stays from Saturday to Saturday.

The Vals Charmant offers you a comfortable and inviting space. Composed of a separate bedroom equipped with a double bed (comfort disposable sheets provided for more hygiene), as well as a storage space and valets. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. Easy check-in since you park in front of the studio and have direct access to the keys, regardless of your arrival time.
