Welcome to our newly built house – a close to nature oasis with sauna, fireplace and unbeatable views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes! No matter the season, this is the perfect accommodation for those who love the outdoors and relaxation. Swimming jetty with rowing boat just below the house. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In the winter when the ice is located, you go to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3. Free electric car charging. The house has 3 bedrooms (6 beds) kitchen, 1 bathroom and is our little paradise! Outdoor furniture & outdoor shower May-Sept.

Farmhouse in rural setting with pool and sauna

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are taken by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wi-Fi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-burning sauna. In summertime there is also heated swimming pool. An additional accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

Nice place to stay with a sea plot

Relax in this unique and quiet home right by the ocean. The cottage has villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot air oven and stove with induction hob etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Go for a forest walk and cozy up in front of the fire. There is possibility of sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe, simpler rowing boat and 2 SUP-board are available to borrow.

Paradise by the sea. It has the tranquility, luxury and nature. Sauna and hot tub with sea views as well as glamping tents during warmer months. Swim, grab a brew drink, fish, and read a book. Fireplace, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, speakers, smart tv in v-room and two bedrooms. It has a gas grill and Muurikka. Two high chairs, crib, travel bed, trampoline and toys. Take a ride with the Canadian, paddleboard or trail run in the forest facing the cliffs. The seasons of the seasons have their charm and large families fit!

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cozy cottage in suterräng located in lush garden with fruit trees. Upstairs has an open plan kitchen and living room with a sofa bed. There is also a toilet with combined washing machine and dryer. Bedroom in suterrid floor a staircase downstairs with shower and Sauna and with exit to large terrace with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transport links. Gävle city centre is located at 40 min walking distance through nice park area along the river.

Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna bath. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends. A big modern kitchen and a living room with a lot's of space. The house is close to Järvsö, the Bike Park and Järvzoo.

Nice place with the amenities you need to feel safe. Bathroom with washing machine. Kitchenette with a microwave, electric kettle, kitchenette and dining table. Sofa & 2 single beds (bring your own bed linens and towels). It is also available for rent if you want. Close to nature and nice evening walks. Walking distance to swimming area with restaurant during the summer. Good parking facilities, close to the entrance to the house.

Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive.
