Cozy, clean and healthy 38 m2 apartment located at the entrance of this charming village of Guillestre. You will therefore have nearby (between 100 and 500 meters), the post office, bakeries, supermarket, bars/tobacconists etc... Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul 20 minutes away (shuttles possible) + Queyras/Ecrins 30 minutes away. Apartment located on the 1st floor. 5 nights minimum, sometimes 1 or 2 nights to fill.

Studio in central Vallouise

This studio is on the first floor of an old renovated house in the centre of Vallouise. You enter from a private balcony to the main living area which has a double sofa bed. There is a well equipped kitchen and dining area. Beyond this screened by a wall and shut with a curtain is the bedroom. This has a 160x 190 double bed which can be split into two single beds if you prefer. There is lots of storage. The bathroom is at the rear with a vaulted ceiling.

Comfortable apartment in the heart of nature

The accommodation is spacious, with beautiful views of the Dévoluy range. Occupancy is flexible from 2 to 6 people. For 4 there is a bedroom and a sofa in the living room. The base price is for 4 people, we apply an extra €20 for the extra room. It is well-equipped and recently renovated, comfortable and bright. For safety reasons we do not accept small children or dogs. We speak English and Italian.

As the apartment is in a great location, you will fully enjoy your vacation in the mountains!! Our T2 (sleeps 4) is located in a quiet residence with elevator and has all the comforts you need to have a good stay! You will be able to enjoy the balcony and its dining area, take a relaxing bath after a day full of emotions ... you also have your private ski locker. Welcome to our home!
