The ceilings are attic with a lot of charm although some parts have a low height (rest area). Office with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, menage etc... NO STOVE FOR COOKING !. Full bathroom. Wifi, Smart TV. Large terrace of 45m with protective awning, barbecue, tables, sofas and sun loungers to enjoy the outside and good weather.
