Luminoso y amplio piso en el centro de Terrassa, a 20min de Barcelona. La estación de tren está en la puerta del edicifio. La ubicación es ideal, el parque de Vallparadís a los pies del edificio, zona comercial, supermercado, restaurantes, bares, farmacia y hospital a 1 minuto. El piso consta de un amplio comedor, cocina completa (lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, horno...), 4 habitaciones, dos camas de matrimonio, tres individuales, plaza de parking en el edificio y WiFi. Studio on the top floor with beautiful views. It has a "living room" space separate from the sleeping area. The ceilings are sloping with a lot of charm, although some parts have a low height (rest area). Kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kitchenware, etc. IT DOES NOT HAVE A STOVE TO COOK! Full bathroom. Wi-Fi, Smart TV. Large 45m terrace with protective awning, built-in barbecue, tables, sofas and sun loungers to enjoy the outdoors and good weather.
