This 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor in the Old Town of Viljandi, a 5-minute walk from Viljandi Lake. The nearest store is 400 meters away. Viljandi Castle Rare is a 10-minute walk away. There are 4 apartments in the house and the neighbours need to be considered as well. The apartment can accommodate 4 guests. To the rear of the house is the garden, barbecue corner and lounge nook which are shared. Parking is not available in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street (150m from the house) or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi (250m from the house). Domestic animals welcome.

When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. It is a family property furnished with everything for comfy stay and will be very attractive for cooking lovers. It also has got balcony- for having a morning coffee (in warm season).
