Annecy and Aix-les-Bains are just 25 minutes away.

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Access to the "Acacias" for people with disabilities is provided, please contact us.

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). We offer you an independent 22 m² studio, fully equipped and furnished on the ground floor of our house with a private terrace, offering you a magnificent and unobstructed view of the mountain and its woods. The accommodation is halfway between Lake Bourget and Lake Annecy. You can also enjoy nearby ski resorts such as Semnoz, Aillons-Margériaz, Sur Lyand or La Clusaz. The banks of the Rhône are 10 minutes away through the Fier Gorges.
