This stylish cottage is a total of 123 sqm on a large fenced plot, and with room for several families who can enjoy themselves together. The house has 4 bedrooms, large kitchen-living room with fireplace, cozy living room with large TV, bathroom with shower and utility room with washing machine and dryer. Outside there is a large partially covered wooden terrace with wilderness bath and outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. In addition, large natural plot with old trees. Explore the large terrace with cozy nooks, the visiting deer and direct access to the sandy beach 100 meters from the house. Experience the sun and the dark "Dark Sky" sky through the house telescope and sun binoculars. Use the musical instruments and sound system or take a ride in the water with a canoe, two sea kayaks or three paddle boards (sup).

Lovely and bright cottage with good space and loft for kip. The cottage is 116 sqm with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms both with shower. There is a bathtub and sauna in one. The grounds are large with minimal planting, making it possible to play a good football game. There is also play tower with slide and swings as well as buried trampoline. There is a Weber Gas grill located in the shed, so it is possible to grill on the terrace on sunny days. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove and electric radiators.

A bright dining area features a long wooden table surrounded by chairs draped with soft, textured throws. Large windows provide a view of the lush green outdoors, with sunlight illuminating the space. Natural wood-paneled walls add warmth to the inviting atmosphere.

Delicious house in homely style

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. The large living room and garden invite socializing. All rooms are equipped with quality beds and mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything in service and machinery, and in good condition. Great location on quiet and closed paved road, only 200 meters from the playground and shopping, as well as 500 meters from the beach. Marielyst Centrum is 3.5 km away. Bøtø area is quieter than Marielyst and the wide sandy beach less populated. You'll love it!

Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

The cabin is bright and airy with its open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with access to a decked area where you can enjoy the evening sun. It's a short bicycle ride to local shops, a butcher and a variety of restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.
