The house, located 150 meters from the beach and directly to fields, is surrounded by terraces and cozy nooks in the garden, - including a pergola where the hammock beckons. The garden has plenty of fruit shrubs, herbs, and fragrant roses. The area offers nature experiences and plenty of water - seals in Avnø fjord, Knudshoved odde's distinctive nature and whether you are for kayaking, angling or hiking, then Svinø is the place.

Enjoy a trip on the house's bicycles to Bøtø Nature Reserve or to the southern tip of Gedser.

In the middle of the most beautiful nature. Forest and beach 3-5 min. on foot. Deer, hares, and many bird species in the garden. First parquet for sunset on the beach. • Wifi • Changing pillow, baby bath, potty • 12 min. by car from Præstø with good shopping, marina and cafes. Short drive from Møn, Labyrinthpark and Feddet Resort with mini golf, gocards, etc. The house is used but maintained & we spend a lot of time thoroughly cleaning the house between visits. There is always extra bedding etc.

The cottage's 68 m2 - with a sloping ceiling throughout the house - is divided into a nice bright kitchen and living room in one, a hallway, bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms (one double bed and 2 single beds). The garden is enclosed with a fence. The cottage is cozy and spacious with a covered terrace and outdoor fireplace.

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

There is free parking adjacent to the house. The house is located in the center of Marielyst holiday village close to good shopping, dining, playgrounds and one of Denmark's best beaches is only 600 meters from the house. It is not allowed to smoke and have pets in the house

Enjoy life in our peaceful and centrally located holiday home. The house is located on a large secluded plot with good opportunities for play and fun. There are good opportunities to walk along cozy trails in the scenic area - both for city, booth and other activities, such as the golf club, paddle tennis courts, bowling, mini golf, playgrounds and much more. The house has a charging station for an electric car.
