Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy porch is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood burning stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed views is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast to your liking is optional.

Stap buiten op ons ruime terras dat uitkijkt over onze fruitbomen, en geniet van het vredige uitzicht op onze boerderijdieren - schapen, varkens, geiten, kippen, kalkoenen en eenden - die vrijelijk tussen de bomen grazen.

The house is located on a quiet street and within walking distance of the historic center (the Dom) and Utrecht Central Station. The house is walking distance from the Julianapark, one of the oldest city parks in Utrecht. At the main floor you will find a cozy living room, a spacious dining table and a kitchen that is equipped with all comforts. There are two toilets and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms with two beds of 160x200cm and 160x200cm.
