BnB Grietstraat is situated near the center of Utrecht. Our characteristic house is located in a qiuet area. Your apppartment is in the basement of our house. Cool in summer, comfortable warm when it is cold. We run our BnB since 2002. You have one sleep/livingroom with two single beds, your own bathroom with bath/shower and wc. Refrigerator and microwave are available. In the room is a television and free internet (LAN and WLAN). Placing an extra bed in the room is possible. Everything you need is included, bed linen and towels. The price is including breakfast, which you can use in your own room. In the neighbourhood are several supermarkets, take-away, café's and restaurants. The house is situated near the Griftpark,an open, green area with a restaurant and several playgrounds. Also you can use our garden. BnB is easy to reach by car and public transport. (indoor parkingplace is in the neigbourhood)

Quiet fishing village, surrounded by water, heath, and forest. The cities of Amsterdam and Utrecht can be reached easily by public transport. Spacious rooms, large bathroom with bath and shower. Free Wi-Fi, free private parking. Bicycles. Note: not touring bicycles but suitable for exploring the neighborhood. If you are looking for peace and quiet and want to visit Amsterdam and Utrecht, I offer what you are looking for. Guests traveling by public transport and especially wanting to visit Amsterdam, I recommend buying an Amsterdam and region travel card.

This cozy studio on the Jutfase island has everything you need. Kitchen + bar, garden to chill and one straight road past the canal to the City Center ‘Oude gracht’. Quiet and green area. Paid parking in front of the house only from 6AM until 11AM in the morning during weekdays (free parking on 5 minutes walking distance). Bus to Utrecht Central Station is 3 minutes away. Want to have a nice and cozy time in Utrecht? Close to the center, but still green and quiet. This is the place to be!

At home at Anna's cozy studio-including breakfast

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Are you an active vacationer, do you go out during the day and are you looking for a cozy place to stay? Or do you need an overnight stay for your work? Then you're in the right place! The accommodation is small but complete, is attached to our house, and you have the whole space to yourself. A nice breakfast is provided in a breakfast basket. On the edge of a green residential area, no through traffic, close to arterial roads.

Basement next to the forest

We rent the basement under our house as a perfect place for a romantic weekend away, or a week of offsite work. Our villa is 5 min./400 m. walk from the Ridderoordse Bos. It is 30 min. by bike/10 min. by train to Utrecht. A fully equipped apartment with its own entrance of 60 m2 with kitchen, workplace, bedroom with 2 p. box spring (180*220), bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and spacious sauna! The patio garden is still under construction and will be ready by mid-March '25.

With this you are quickly in the city or travel to Amsterdam or other nice destinations. Supermarkets around the corner and nature reserves. Almere is very centrally located! It is a nice place to live and to stay!
