All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Enjoy!

Country stone cabin.

Located 100 meters from the country house, it is at the right distance for tranquility in the countryside and the shade of trees, visited by birds that sing every morning. The house has a unique design by architect Janer Lagarreta, and has wide stone walls that provide adequate thermal comfort, as well as on the second floor, where insulation is provided by double walls of solid bricks. There are no electronic devices in the house, no TV or Wi-Fi, the idea is to expand natural coexistence

"La Locanda - living houses" 1

La Locanda has four small houses spread out in a wooded garden. Each has a bedroom with A/C, a bathroom, a kitchen and a winter garden with a wood-burning stove. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by fauna and flora, 500 m from the beach (a 10 min walk). The buildings are handcrafted by their owners, Adri and Tato, with clay interiors and a living roof that provide the interior with good thermal insulation and unique warmth. (In the place there are 1 🐕 and 3 🐈) bikes available

Villa Toscana I - Hot tub, pool, beautiful views

This house with a Nordic tub and pool offers plenty of comfort and privacy. It's ideal for unwinding and enjoying panoramic views and spectacular sunsets, as it's located in a unique spot with no houses in front and few neighboring houses (which sets it apart). The heated pool (28 to 31°C) is available from October to April, and the Nordic tub (up to 42°C) can be enjoyed year-round, as it has a wood-burning boiler. **Please inquire about the pool in May and September.
