IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Only 5 minutes from the city of Minas 8 (4 km) you will enjoy a wonderful environment. You will find animals, lizards, hares, grouse, capybaras, rabbits and a variety of birds. You will have access to an enclosed hot tub available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Access to the games room at no additional cost, featuring a pool table (stone slate) and an air hockey table. A noisy camp is not a camp, so the use of speakers is not allowed! The pool is open from November 1 to April 1 and is for exclusive use.
