Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200 m from the swimming area by the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am - 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. all year round.

Loft in the country house 360 degrees

The loft in the country house 360 degrees has an all-round view of Lake Constance, mountains, meadows and forests. The apartment has two balconies: one looks over meadows to the lake and Säntis, the other looks over our swimming pond on meadow and trees. The loft is a one-room apartment with a sleeping area, kitchen and dining area overlooking the pond and meadows, a living and working area overlooking the Säntis. In the middle is a bathroom with large bathtub, toilet, bidet and sink.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The studio has been specially equipped to meet the needs of solo travelers. It is furnished to a high standard. Not far from the lake and the city center. After a few steps you will reach the shore of Lake Constance and the city center, from where you can reach any boat connection on Lake Constance. Numerous event options are available in the Lake Constance region. From May to October, our seasonal pool in the beautiful courtyard is available to all guests

Arnold vacation home in the Allgäu

Enjoy your vacation on 90 square meters of living space right in the heart of the beautiful Allgäu near Center Parcs. Forget your worries in this spacious, sunny and serene space! In addition to the fully equipped, newly renovated apartment, you can relax on the sunny terrace with a large garden. Downtown can be reached in 15 minutes by foot, and the outdoor pool in 10 minutes. In the summer months (May - Sep.) a pool with solar shower is available.

Heimatel - 180 m² luxury dream apartment with pool

The 180 sqm sun oasis offers space for the whole family or a group of friends with three bedrooms (each with a 180 cm wide double bed & the option of an extra bed). The 60 m² living room can be equipped with an additional extra bed. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub ensure maximum comfort. Enjoy the fantastic view from the balcony of the bedroom or from the spacious terrace of the living room. The sun oasis promises an exclusive atmosphere!

Stay in a circus wagon

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon blends harmoniously with the convenience of being able to use both the bathing pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and clear your head. What to expect: -a cozy circus wagon - A sauna with wood heating -an outdoor shower - Our cats will visit you ;-) - Horses, donkeys, chickens and sheep are also at home here (not in the alpine season) -2 older bikes are available

Apartment with pool, only 11 km to Legoland

Freshly renovated apartment with 32 square meters in the basement. The apartment can accommodate 2 adults with up to 2 children. LEGOLAND Germany can be reached in a few minutes via the nearby A8 highway. The beautiful city center of Günzburg is just as quick by car or by bike. The rear garden area with pool and small seating area is available for use. Check-in can be made straightforward and contactless thanks to a key safe.

Missen-Wilhams is a perfect starting point for all hikers, cyclists, skiers, cross-country skiers, as you have everything right at your doorstep. After your leisure activities, you can relax in the on-site swimming pool and sauna, have a cozy glass of wine on the balcony with evening sun or sit together in the bar with locals and other holiday guests in a sociable atmosphere.
