All accommodations are located directly on the turquoise swimming lake, which invites you to swim, snorkel and fish. Stand-up paddling (also available for rent) and tubing are also possible here. At the Schwarzfelder Hof right next door, cows, ponies, horses, rabbits, chickens and goats are waiting for the daily animal feeding, where your children may help the farmer.

Dear guests, From the end of May, air conditioning will be available in the apartment. It makes the vacation more pleasant on hot days. Please note that by the end of October 2025 there is a construction site on the main road during the day, which may cause noise nuisance. For this reason, we have reduced the price by 35% for this period. The apartment is particularly suitable for people who work during the day, as no construction work takes place in the evening and at night and it is quiet.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar (ca. 15-20 Min. mit Fahrrad). Die Ferienwohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen und ist standardmäßig ausgestattet. Sie bietet alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub in der Natur benötigen, darunter eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler, 2 separate Schlafzimmer, Bad und WC, Wifi etc.

Der Standort ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Skifahren, Wanderungen, Radtouren, Wasserskifahren am Inselsee Immenstadt, Surfen, Baden am See, Rafting auf der Iller (5 Gehminuten entfernt) und abends gemütlich Grillen und Chillen im Garten.
