This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

On the ground floor there is an Edeka market, a drugstore, a bakery with café and a pizzeria. The upper floors are reserved for apartments. The offered 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator. It is assigned a private parking space in the in-house underground car park.

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Quiet, lovingly, newly furnished apartment with sauna in Konstanz (Dingelsdorf). Ideal for 2 people. Separate entrance. Large terrace. Lake Constance and the beach are very close. Good public transport. Bus stop is only 2 minutes away. Many hiking trails. We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as SUP is also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee.
