There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

It is less than 100 m from the picturesque Rhine bank of Unkel and at the same time impresses with breathtaking views of the vineyards. In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities.

The half-timbered house, built in 1735, was completely renovated in 2024/2025. Now it shines in the heart of the cultural city of Unkel with modern but stylish furnishings. The listed half-timbered house is located in the city center. The banks of the Rhine, train station and shopping are within walking distance.

The house is quietly located, nice walks and hikes in the Siebengebirge or to the Rhine are possible directly from the house.
