Come enjoy a stay in the country while still close enough to the city to enjoy the amenities. Welcome to our fully stocked tiny house on 11 wooded acres you will have all to yourself. If seclusion is what you want, this is the place for you. The property sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and the only thing you will see are the animals and birds that wander the property. Sit on the porch and soak in the quiet or walk around and enjoy nature. Stay for a weekend or months, you won't regret it.

The Bunkhouse- 1 bedroom guest suite

Welcome to our bunkhouse! We enjoy offering a clean comfortable space to our guests. Easy access to the highway, free parking, and wifi. We are located on 7 acres and enjoy raising our backyard chickens. Enjoy the outdoors on our walking trail to a small pond. There is one queen size bed and a bunkbed. The bunk has a twin size bed and a large toddler size bed on the bottom. This is our private guest suite with its own entrance and space but is part of a house so there are shared walls.

Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.
