With us, you will stay comfortably in our cozy guest house, in the middle of beautiful Höga Kusten and close to many popular excursion destinations, swimming, hiking trails, ski trails, shops, restaurant, gas station. Electric car charger in the yard. There is a well-equipped small kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa and fireplace with pellet basket. Cozy sleeping loft, private entrance and private balcony. Barbecue available to borrow. Barbecue charcoal and lighter fluid are available for a fee. Sorry, we can't have cats in the cottage. Welcome, here you have an affordable accommodation with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, Microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you can park for free in the parking lot that belongs to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included. Like a hotel, but better

Torpet in Sjö, high private location, close to Höga Kusten

The cottage is a fully equipped and comfortable living idyll all year about where you live all by yourself. Private and very quiet location at Dämstasjön. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the swimming area and the boat. There are plenty of fishing waters, berry and mushroom fields, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm there are sheep and you are most welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me on hand without me disturbing you.

A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Close to swimming and hiking trails. A small community with grocery store COOP, playground, ice cream shop, hardware store, hotel, pizza place, is 2.5km from the property. 12km to Skuleskogen National Park. 7km to a scenic swimming area with barbecue area and docks, Almsjöbadet.
