Cozy sleeping loft, private entrance and private balcony. Barbecue available to borrow. Barbecue charcoal and lighter fluid are available for a fee. Sorry, we can't have cats in the cottage. The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

This unique home lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 meters up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the fall. Toaster, stovetop and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and towel

Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grill and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.
