Small, clean and affordable, with a beautiful view, nice size yard, quick access to the host, who lives in the adjoining apartment There's a queen size bed in the bedroom . a couch in Livingroom . Also two chairs that fold down into small cot like beds. Suitable for a couple with one or two children. so, that's only two adults and or two young children. One dog welcome (No cats please.)

You are the only reservation in the home. Lots of hiking and quiet space, yet close to the village (10 min.) and the city of Oneonta (30 min.) or Cooperstown (45-60min). Play or rest.
