We rent out our modern thatched-roof house, which was completed in 2017 and is picturesquely located directly on the Focker Stream. The furnishings are modern, in Scandinavian style and generously furnished. The cottage with the thatched roof typical of the Baltic Sea coast. The villa with 164 sqm is spread over two floors for up to 6 people. Spacious, light-flooded rooms allow an unobstructed view into the beautifully landscaped garden. On the ground floor there is 1 living room with a spacious dining area, as well as a large modernly furnished kitchen and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of them with an open bathroom en suite and a smaller bathroom.

Our very modern and spacious holiday apartment easily fits two to three people and with the booking of the additional bedroom even four people can be accommodated. Since the apartment is located in the center of the island, it is the perfect starting point to all attractions and hence the distance is always moderate. The apartment perfectly fits a family with one child. Families with two children or three to four adults we recommend to book the extra bedroom.

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

Relax on your sun terrace or start to Mecklenburg – Western Pomerania's most popular attractions. The historic old town of Stralsund (UNESCO World Heritage Site) is about 10 km away. In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

House Kornblume. Your home on Rügen.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.
