The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

Wolfers Cottage

Wolfers Cottage is een Tiny House gelegen aan de rand van het bos nabij landgoed Het Zand Hattemer Oldenburger gelegen in de Achterhoek tussen Ruurlo, Zelhem, Halle en Hengelo Gld. De omgeving is rustig en ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers met het karakteristieke coulissen landschap met veel afwisseling. De ruime bospaden nodigen uit voor wandelingen en fietstochten naar bijvoorbeeld Ruurlo met het kasteel, waarin het museum voor Modern Realisme MORE is gevestigd met de collectie van Karel Willink.

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the beautiful Achterhoek, you will find this special house "wellness Gaanderen" hidden between the meadows. The house is equipped with two bedrooms, luxury kitchen, full bathroom, washing machine, veranda and a cozy living room with wood burner. A lovely place for 4 to 5 people to enjoy all wellness facilities completely in private.

You can hear and see many birds all day long. You sleep in a cozy loft, which you can reach by a sturdy staircase. Listen to music via Bluetooth or record player and look around you...

Cozy modern apartment :) - Balcony, kitchen & bathroom

In the middle of the tranquil Münsterland lies this cozy and newly modernized granny apartment in Rhede-Nord. Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

Would you like to unwind in a green environment where you can enjoy the birds and where you have a view of our alpacas? The accommodation is well insulated, has a lot of light, is stylishly furnished, and you have access to a large garden of about 600 square meters with shade and sun. Beautiful cycling environment and nice places to visit; 10 minutes away: Doesburg/ Bronkhorst/ Vorden/ Zutphen/ Doetinchem. Arnhem is 20 minutes away. Bikes can be charged in our shed.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Book this beautiful private apartment in a manor farm for your next week(end) getaway. From your terrace, you can enjoy the very large garden. There is something to see every day: a beautiful sunset, the squirrels in the trees and the deer that pass by at dusk. Nearby, you can visit castles and museums. Cozy apartment

This apartment in a detached house of a peaceful neighbourhood, is just a ten minute walk from the city center. It's located on the first floor and caters for a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The groundfloor offers a room with two single beds, it can be booked additionally only during the weekend or national holidays. The photo's do not do the spacious rooms enough justice.

Typically French - with private sauna

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove and of course in the sauna on cold evenings. Our horses run in the meadow in front of the garden, and our chickens also run loose in the garden.
