The apartment is 67 m². Very bright and silent. It 's next to the Dillens (a bar where you can get a break first), The justice's palace and the "Door Louise". It's perfect for business traveler alone or a couple, not for people who don't share intimacy. This old house has been transformed to isolate noise from one apartment to another and it's for quiet people only. The district is quiet, the street very low traffic. the bedroom is on the garden's side. I'm living in the house.

Ideal for a couple but can accommodate 4 people. Situated in a very relaxed neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants around. There is a Carrefour supermarket very nearby. Several public transport options, tram 92 and 7, 3 and 4. 15 minutes to the historic city center.

Beautiful furnished and spacious 50 m² studio on the 2nd floor of a very quiet building with elevator. It is located in a central but quiet area of Brussels. Close to shops and public transport: 50 meters from the tram/bus and 5-min walk to supermarkets. There is a laundromat 700 m from the apartment. In 10 minutes, you can also access the largest park in Brussels, Bois de la Cambre, for a nice walk or a little jog.
