Here you can lower your shoulder and slide into the lovely nature we have here in Nedstrand Our house is from 1921 and empty walls/wooden house - about 150 m2. It is located by the sea, about 10 meters, boathouse w/beach there, and has a great view of the fjord 1st floor: entrance, living room/kitchen, 1 living room with bench), 1 toilet 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms on 2nd floor - 2 rooms with double bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds, and 1 bathroom with shower There are many marked hiking trails near the house, we have our own brochure. Himåkånå-panorama approx. 1,5 h.

The house is located for itself with a short distance to the landlord's house. Parking for a car just off the house.

Welcome to Nedstrand The property has large outdoor areas, terraces, a playhouse and a private beach. Walking distance to the store. Great hiking areas nearby, Tveiteskogen with many nice trails, Himakånå, Nedstrandsfjellene. Possibilities for kayak rental and there are good fishing opportunities. The apartment is about 70 m2, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room, storage room, entrance. Dishwasher, stove, fridge and freezer. Rented to orderly people, no smoking.

The cabin is sunny, approx. 45 minutes drive from Haugesund. It is walking distance down to the sea with its own jetty and boathouse. Boat with motor can be rented for an addition to the price. Lots of opportunities for nearby trips.
