Grandiose loft apartment with fantastic views over Tyrol. A retreat but reachable by car. The bridge between past and future, embedded in modern, stylish architecture. Directly connected to the cross-country skiing trails and mountain bike trails in front of the house. A small wellness area: sauna and infinity hot tub with valley view is available. There is also a washer and dryer in the house! Our Tyrolean restaurant is next to us.

Rossana's Loft, living in style

Our house was built in 2018 and is - like our first floor guest apartment - completely furnished with individual pieces made in my own carpentry workshop. You will find the large terrace overlooking our garden a pleasure to enjoy, and the views from our place unique. Two restaurants are within five minutes walking distance and a small supermarket within ten minutes.
