Der Standort ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Skifahren, Wanderungen, Radtouren, Wasserskifahren am Inselsee Immenstadt, Surfen, Baden am See, Rafting auf der Iller (5 Gehminuten entfernt) und abends gemütlich Grillen und Chillen im Garten. Perfect for the most beautiful time of the year

Dear guests, Our apartment is sunny, quiet and about 5 minutes' walk from the train station in a 30 km/h zone. It has a private parking space, a terrace with garden and magnificent mountain views. It can be rented in the low season for at least 3 nights and in the main season (Easter; from Pentecost to September 15th 15 and Christmas until January January) for at least 6 nights. Tourist tax must be paid in cash on site upon arrival. I am very excited to welcome you here :))
