Suitable for events, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house must be included in the booking, there is no price difference whether you stay overnight or not. Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Next to the sea, there is a newly built charming house designed by an architect, with own access to a new sauna house! The house is located on Smådalarö in the Stockholm archipelago! The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a few steps away from taking a dip in the sea! The house also has a fireplace with large windows facing the water!
