Welcome to our newly built guest house, located on idyllic street with its own sauna and bathrobe distance to the beach. Within five minutes walk there is a grocery store, pizzeria, and bus stop that takes you to Gullmarsplan in 20 minutes. In the cottage there is Wifi, board games, fully equipped kitchen, free parking (with access to electricity), patio with barbecue. However, no TV. Whether you're craving vacation with family, a weekend with your loved one, or just time to yourself, we look forward to welcoming you.

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende precis vid vattnet. Magisk utsikt med vattnet utanför dörren. Under senare delen av året kan man ibland se det härliga norrskenet. Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Användning av spa pool ingår och bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad under er vistelse. Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.

The house is located on our property. Private parking is available and a small porch with table and chairs in summer. Sleeping loft and sofa bed. Table for 4 people. With its proximity to both forest , lake and sea, this small house is a perfect starting point for hiking, biking, climbing and paddling. By bus, you can easily get to Stockholm. Accommodation at lovely Tyresöreservatet. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim by cliffs. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Lovely nature but still close to town. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day About 1 hour with a car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not permitted to have a party or friends over. Age limit is 25 years old.
