Family home in the heart of Roscommon town. Hanons hotel is round the corner for meals/drinks. Roscommon town is an easy walk of 1.5k. Roscommon Community Hospital is directly opposite the property. Toys and swings are available for children to play with and a sheltered shed with a climbing wall/ Table Tennis in case of rain. The house has a heat recovery ventilation system, solar panels, solar heated hot water, Infrared Sauna and Electric Vehicle Charger. Excellent WiFi.

Positioned just a stone throw from Roscommon Castle and just a 5 minute walk into vibrant town centre. It is also less than a 5 minute drive to the train station. Our quaint retreat is also right beside the Omniplex cinema. Please notice, it's a tiny house! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay for 2 adults. This is a cosy house, fully insulated, with central heating complemented by a solid fuel stove, with kindling, turf and firewood provided for your convenience to provide cosy evenings as the night draws to a close and you unwind for the evening. Ideally located for fishing- river Suck 10minutes away and facilities on site for preparation including locked shed.

Due to Covid-19 it is a minimum stay of 2nights, with one night blocked before and after each reservation to ensure everyones safety. There is a wide range of fun activities to explore and see in the nearby areas for all to enjoy.
