The private pool (2,5m x 4,5m) can be heated for an additional daily fee upon arrangement with the host. Terra Skouros is a newly built beach house unit of two twin maisonettes, Terra Skouros I and Terra Skouros II. The unit is located in a 6.000 m2 olive grove in South Crete. It's 65 km away from Heraklion and only 40 m away from Skouros beach. The view is diverse as large windows overlook the ocean or the mountains. The natural materials and the large windows disperse ample natural light creating a warm atmosphere, connecting the interior with the exterior in harmony.

Outside you can relax while having a drink in the small pool or in the living room on the wooden deck. The small cottage is within walking distance of the beach and the shops of the settlement. In the settlement there are 4 small taverns with traditional food and appetizers, 1 cafeteria and 1 supermarket.
