Our apartment is located in the most decent neighborhood of Heroes, within walking distance to the center of Alsancak, the fair and the metro station, and it is 15 minutes to Kordon, the pearl of Izmir and Kıbrıs Şehitler Street. It is a modern designed and stylish apartment where the building and all the items are brand new. The apartment is at the first entrance and everything needed for long-term stays is available in the apartment. It is an apartment where you will feel private ,peaceful and positive.

An outdoor terrace features a wooden dining table surrounded by matching chairs, overlooking a vibrant sunset over the sea. Potted plants enhance the space, while a decorative railing frames the view of the coastline and distant cityscape.

In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.
