Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas. A peaceful studio apartment for two on 45 acres with miles of walking trails, in the heart of the fingerlakes . The studio is secluded and quiet, yet, 20 minutes from shops and restaurants in lovely Skaneateles. The city of Ithaca is only 35 minutes away. The city of Syracuse is 40 minutes away. Enjoy the large private pond and beach on the property or the breweries and wineries of the surrounding finger lakes.
