Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. From the old days, a typical well in which there was never a shortage of water and two old trees that you will immediately notice; cypress and mulberry. Get to know the magical Istria!

During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. The house is situated in the countryside in a small village on a hill near Koper and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It is an ideal choice for couples or families, lovers of nature and rural life.

Central location, a short walk from Viale XX Settembre and the public garden, ideal for going to the Politeama Rossetti The location is optimal because it is very well served and close to all the main points of interest. Our apartment was renovated in March 2024 and is ready to welcome you. The apartment is very bright and has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen area, a double bedroom, and a nice bathroom with a comfortable shower. In the living room, we have a sofa bed with a topper.

It is located in the authentic Istrian village of Gažon which is situated on a hilltop above the coastal towns of Koper and Izola. It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.
