Room with small dining area, private bathroom and toilet, kitchenette and private entrance. Free parking in front of the house. City buses within 100 meters and 25 minutes' walk to the city center. Self check-in and checkout. The kitchen with refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, plates, cups and cutlery. The apartment is located in the basement of our house and some noise from the family is to be expected. By agreement, we may use the washing machine in your bathroom when you are on a trip in the city. In addition, you have the apartment to yourselves.

The apartment is located in the lovely Kongsvang, which is a safe and quiet area in walking and cycling distance to the city centre (2,5 km. from the city centre), Aros and Tivoli. Public transportation is available 2 min. from the apartment (bus) and there is FREE PARKING at the apartment. The apartment is close to a grocery store. The apartment is located at the east end of a beautiful farmhouse from 1874 with large garden and outdoor areas. There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge - all overlooking the garden. Parking is available in the courtyard around a large old lime tree. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walking at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.

The apartment overlooks Aarhus Ådal and Årslev Engsø. Car is an advantage, but there is a bus to the center at the door as well as a nice bike and walking path around the lakes and into the city. There is a carport for a van. Here is peace and quiet!
